Working hours and breaks
Information on current labour regulations regarding working hours and breaks must be available and employees must be aware of this.
Your inspector will check how this is explained to employees and by whom.
Your records must show that you are compliant with legal regulations for the following points:

Working hours, including overtime

Rest breaks/days, which must be guaranteed during peak season

Regular weekly working time does not exceed 48 hours

During peak season, weekly working time does not exceed 60 hours
For each of these points, you will also need to confirm how compliance is checked, reviewed and by whom.
